Our High Quality Standards

All Chartered Physiotherapists are governed by a code of conduct introduced by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). This code of conduct was adopted by BUPA and other medical insurance companies to ensure that their patients received the very best treatment. At Rugby Physiotherapy we have developed and maintain an extensive quality manual which defines the way we work. Our work ethics and quality approach is directly aligned with the Code of Conduct issued by the CSP and was reviewed and accepted by BUPA and the Organisation of Chartered Physiotherapists in Private Practice (OCPPP). This quality approach ensures that you will receive the same high standards of service from any one of the Physiotherapists at Rugby Physiotherapy. As a result of this Rugby Physiotherapy was one of the first Physiotherapy practices to be accredited by both BUPA and the OCPPP. The Rugby Physiotherapy team has worked hard to achieve our quality standards and are fully committed to maintaining and improving them. We are proud that these efforts have been recognised by BUPA & OCPPP. Rugby Physiotherapy was first awarded the PhysioFirst Quality mark in 1997 by the OCPPP and we were one of the first practices to achieve approval under the new quality assessment scheme introduced by BUPA in 2003.
